Day Four Free 3D Mandala SVG File

We are back with Day Four of our 10 days of freebies as we celebrate 100k friends on our FB page! I have been wanting to experiment with 3D mandala SVG projects for quite a while now and yesterday I finally had the chance. I decided to whip up this free 3D mandala heart for those of y’all who want to experiment too!

These 3D SVG designs aren’t too hard to use but they can make a huge visual impact, which I love. First let’s check out our members only design. It is a star mandala that would be beautiful for the 3D effect. You could also use printed vinyl and layer it if paper isn’t the route for you..

Here is that design in action…. it is gorgeous!
Now onto our goodies that are available for EVERYONE! This 3D heart design would look so great in a shadowbox or frame. My favorite way to bring these 3D designs to life is with 65lb cardstock and these clear adhesive dots. Cut each layer of the design on a different color paper (that’s the fun part… color coordinating your project) and then attach it together using the dots. For the skinny smaller front pieces I ripped/cut the dot into pieces so you can’t see it from the front. They are super sticky so a little goes a long way. Then you can mount it or let it hang solo. Like I always say… there isn’t a wrong way!
