Hello! Are you on a phone? If so you will need to open in Safari and have an app to unzip the files. Also double check that you are clicking on the purple download file name. Keep me posted!
If I click the image a gray box pops up that say unzip.

Thanks for the free files. But I’m new to my Cruicut so I’m not sure how to use them. I thought an SVG file was included which includes the whole project instead of just images. Can anyone help me?
You will want to unzip the folder and the use the SVG (which might also look like an html file) 🙂
