Halloween SVG Free Files

The month of October is a really fun time to get decked out for Halloween and these Halloween SVG free files will help you do exactly that.  For me though, I tend to be more of a cute, not creepy Halloween style, whereas my husband is the exact opposite.  You can imagine what our Halloween decor looks like.  You guessed it… a little bit of everything!

My kids have a blast pulling out the wide range of decor each year and then I get to make them some cute not creepy shirts for the season.

Let’s dive into the fun freebies that I have for you today!

Please note that all mock-ups used in this post are Club Chaos exclusives.

Purple Witch Hat

This design is a really simple one, but sometimes those make the biggest impact.  I can totally see this Halloween SVG free file being personalized for a treat bag, a pocket design, or even as a print and cut sticker!  Gosh, now that I’m thinking about it, how cute would these be as little cards attached to treat bags for a class?  You could use patterned paper for the hat background and really make them fun!  Add the names in vinyl on the hat brim to make them even more personal.

I can’t wait to see how you decide to bring this design to life as well as what color scheme you go with.  Purple, green, orange, or classic black.  There are so many options…. remember pick one and go with it!  Don’t get stuck in the downloading and collecting part of the crafting process.  Actually, bring it to life!!

Let’s Boo This

This free SVG design was a fun one to make.  I can see it being worn by my daughter who is a little too old for the cutesy Halloween stuff but not quite old enough to not dress up and get in the Halloween spirit.  Well, I must say though, are you ever too old to dress up?

This file would be great all in one monochromatic color scheme, broken up in groups as pictured, or even in black and white.

I can even see the Boo being done in glitter or strip flock pro to really make it pop.  Which direction do you think you will go with this file?

Bat to the Bone

Bats are always a great way to decorate for Halloween.  I love this design because puns and plays on words always make me smile.  This one comes from a fun play on words of the popular phrase ‘Bad to the Bone’.

Sometimes for my boys it is hard to find designs that aren’t too girly and aren’t too creepy.  In my opinion, this SVG-free file is the perfect in-between!

Each of these designs can be used with vinyl, paper, paint, and more!  Make sure to tag @mydesignsinthechaos in your Facebook posts and let us know how you are bringing these designs to life and making them your own.

My Favorites

(this section includes affiliate links)

A question that I get asked pretty frequently is where do I get vinyl and supplies that I use to craft with.  My favorite spot for vinyl is hands down Expressions Vinyl.  They have a great selection, quick shipping, and tons of variety.

For all my supplies you can check out my Amazon shop.  I have tried to link most of my favorites there.

I have also written a few posts that might answer some of your questions about these topics as well:

If you love crafty projects and being inspired make sure to check out our free community magazine.  It comes out twice a year and is a great way to get a peek into the Chaos world!
